Prenatal Massage

All therapists performing this therapy are trained in caring for the pregnant body. We use a variety of pillows and bolsters, side-lying positions past the 1st trimester, and elevation of the head of the table while lying on your back to create the most comfortable and safe positioning possible. Brush and Flush

This is a combination of 15 minutes of Dry Brushing for the whole body and 15 minutes of Lymph Drainage Therapy for the face and neck. These therapies provide whole body exfoliation, detoxification, decrease in swelling (including bags under eyes), clear sinuses, improved circulation, and increased lymph flow for a healthy immune system.

Fertility Massage

60-minutes: $140.00

Jill Copeland-Henderson is a Certified Fertility Massage Specialist. She uses this training along with her trainings in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Reflexology, and Lymph Drainage Therapy to address the multiple body systems involved in fertility. This should only be booked in the window of time after your cycle but before ovulation. Please contact Jill with questions by email. Full Body Scrub and Wrap

60-minutes: $160.00

Using Eminence Organic products, we exfoliate the skin with a scrub, remove it with warm towels, apply a full body masque, and cocoon you up for 10-15 minutes of meditative relaxation. This treatment leaves your skin smooth and well-hydrated. Time for a shower is included in this 60-minutes.
